Below is a form you can fill out to register for Summer Camp Fiesta. Please make checks payable to Spanish Language Services L.L.C ( Please do not write Spanish Summer Camp or Spanish Fiesta neither Carina Giusti THANKS!). Also, print and complete the consent forms by clicking here here and mail them, with your check for registration and tuition fees, to 8938 Worthington Estates Ave, Baton rouge, L.A 70810. If you cannot print the consent forms be prepared to fill them out the first time you bring your child to camp.
Options for Campers:
Our camp is designed to meet your needs. Choose one or more weeks of 5 or 3 days each. You then choose a morning, afternoon, or school length day: 8:00 am - 12:00 noon (morning program), 12:00 noon - 4:00 p.m (afternoon program), 8:00 am till 3:00 pm (school length program).
Week 1: June 1 - 5 Week 2: June 8 - 12 Week 3: June 15 - 19 Week 4: June 22 - 26. Please write in the comment box below the dates/weeks you are registering your child for and the program you would like him/her to be in. Please, if you do not specify early drop or after care, I will assume you do not need it.
Tuition and Fees:
**Tuition and Registration fees MUST be paid in full and in advance of the Summer Camp.**
All payments should be made on or by May 15th, 2009
- Registration fee is non-refundable. Pay before April 30th to get a discount!
a. new family registration fee paid before April 30th is $25
b. returning family registration fee paid before April 30th is $15
c. Registration: after April 30th, will be $35 for everybody.
- Tuition for morning or afternoon program is $100 for 5 days a week or $80 for 3 days. If attending all four weeks in June, you will receive a $20 discount (total cost is $380 for 4 weeks)
- Tuition for school length day program is $130 per week. If attending all four weeks, a $20 discount applies (total cost is $500 for 4 weeks). $110 for 3 days a week.
Additional Tuition Discounts:
a. if you register and pay full tuition for the school length program before April 30th, you get a one time $10 discount
b. If you register more than one child you get a one time $10 discount
Late tuition fee: after May 15th add $20 per week
Attention! Are you looking for even more tuition discount? We can offer it in exchange for some sort of work for us, either getting materials ready or working as a bilingual counselor. Please contact Cari Giusti in advance of the summer camp.
Refunds for tuition are not available after the first class, but if you miss a class, make-ups can be arranged based on availability.
Early Drop off and After Care:
- Occasional need costs $5 first half hour for each child, $8 per hour after that (siblings $4 per hour after the first half hour).
- Morning or Afternoon program: on weekly basis early drop off for 1 hour a day (7-8 am) costs $20 a week (=$4 per hour)
- Morning or Afternoon program: on weekly basis after care for 2 hours a day costs $40 a week (=$4 per hour)
- School length program: weekly basis after care for 2 hours a day (3-5 pm) costs $40 a week (=$4 per hour)
- School length program: weekly basis after care for 3 hours a day (3-6 pm) costs $50 a week (=$3.33 per hour)
- School length program: weekly basis early drop off and after care for 3 hours a day costs $70 a week (=$3.33 per hour)
- Discount: School length program: FULL MONTH of early drop off and after care costs $60 a week (=$3.00 per hour) best deal!!
Attention Registrants - If you are completing this form for more than one sibling you may enter them both on the same form. This registration form is a template and I cannot modify it therefore disregard waitlist and fill out the Class 1st choice and Class 2nd choice the same. There is only one summer camp. Please make sure you:
